HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Please email us and we will get back to you ASAP with a quote and we'll go from there!
IS THERE A DAILY RATE?
No, you hire out the items for a weekend, night etc. If you want to have the items for an extended period of time we will have to negotiate a price.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
The further out you can make a reservation the better, but always check you never know what might still be available!
WHAT IS YOUR BREAKAGE POLICY?
We take a deposit to cover small incidental damage, but in the case of major breakages, a replacement fee will need to be paid. We know that general use will result in wear and tear, but we do trust that any damage will be reported to us on pick up or drop off.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
We take a 20% deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remainder being paid the week before the booking. For hired items, a deposit of $150 is taken to cover any damages. This will be returned on pick up or delivery of the undamaged item.
